On the second day of Christeemas, Santee brought to me...


... race integration! (#2307) Featuring:

- finish messages


- a separate race timer
- times in the server browser, and in the scoreboard
- map record in the scoreboard


- support for checkpoints
- localized chat messages for new records



- server customisation
Some of those features are customisable server-side, such as the display of kill messages, the accuracy of the displayed times, and the display of finish messages.

While these are basic elements, Santee hopes they can be built upon to make for smoother integration of Teeworlds with race gamemodes. Cheers!
