The Baisics
1. To open the editor open teeworlds then hold down Ctrl, Shift, E untill it appears
2. The white quater box in the bottom of your screen is the map, at the top of the screen press the ZO button untill you can see a full box
3. To move the map around hold down Alt and drag (in 5.0.1 then hold down Ctrl)
The Solid layer
1. The first thing you need to do is to click on the 'Images' button on the top left of your screen
2. Click 'Add' and select any of them, for the solid layer I would use grass main for the first time
3. Once you have one of them then go back to your map by hitting 'Layers'
4. Right click on the top of the '#0game' layer and click 'add new tile layer'
5. Right click on that and click where is says ' Images None'
5. Select the image which you want and then click anywhere on the screen but not in that box
6. Hit the space bar and if you have done it right then you should see your images
7. Drag your white box over ALL of the image you want then stop holding down the space bar
8. The piece which you selected should now be at the end of your pointer but smaller
9. Choose carefully where you left click because when you can't undo that click
10. Keep saving regularly as My First Map.map
11. When you are done then go around the square just inside the map
12. Right click on the tiles layer not the game layer and click 'Make Collision'
