Topic: Teeworlds 5.0 - black screen X error?
Ubunto 8.10, graphics card driver is i810. This card does not support 3d accel at 24 bits.
Teeworlds up to 0.4.3 has worked fine, if sluggish. Starting 0.5, the screen goes black and hangs. Running teeworlds from the terminal, there appears to be an X error. Can anyone confirm the cause of this error? Is it due to a new requirement for 24bit color support, perhaps? Any workaround?
Extract from the terminal output:
