Topic: Error 998

Hey guys,
everytime i try to run teeworlds the game crashes and a pop up says :

Error
LoadLibrary failed with error 998

does anyone know how to fix that ??

Do you have .dll in your game folder? You cannot simply copy the game binaries to somewhere else, you need to create a shortcut.
Also, what OS are you running?

hey,
i have :      SDL.dll    and     freetype.dll    in my folder.
what do you mean by creating a a shortcut?
im running windows 7

Did you drag and drop the teeworlds.exe from "C:\program files\teeworlds\" to desktop, and double clicked it? Instead of Right clicking on it and copy, then right clicking on desktop and choosing paste shortcut?

But... what if we tried more power?

I didnt even out the .exe to the desktop.
i double clicked it in the original folder

btw i have 64 bit windows 7, is that a problem ?? because i only saw 32bit downloads on the page

No, it doesn't matter that you have 64bit.
