1. I did not say 1 hit kill hammer. I just said that it should be stronger.

2. Maybe we can make a mechanism that prevents players from going anywhere close the katana before it spawns. And....If those noobs really just camp there waiting for the katana they will just get killed by other players who play "with other weapons"

3. Well the weapons in tw were never meant to go rock-paper-scissors. Right? It would like saying:" Oh grenade is too overpowered because it can kill faster than the gun" You are comparing the machine gun to the pistol. No it does not have to be like it. The machine gun can have limitations like: no ammo regeneration,finite range....

P.S. What do you think of replacing the laser rifle with the original sniper rifle???

I think if you turn the ninja powerup spawn to a low level all players will camp arround the ninja spawn and never play with the other weapons. It would be just like: take ninja-kill-take ninja-kill... PunBB bbcode test

That's the point of power ups - being worth to fight for it. smile (That's also why they don't spawn regulary.)

How about some hats, that you would be able to wear once you have done something specific (achievements, stats etc.). Hats would give or not bonuses, if they don't, that would be only decorative smile

lol anyone forget that teeworlds is a normal game for playing and not an mmorpg or something else...
we only use for next version more comfort or new "BETTER" maps (CTF!!)
maybe one more weapon...but i dont know which is good tongue maybe something like a knife which makes damage when you crash into another tee...like the ninja but you have it like a hammer...idk
teeworlds never will be a mmorpg...which atk deffer tanks healer ..omg

AFAIK the devs already said that there will be no new weapon, pls correct me if i'm wrong.

Just got a small adjustment in mind:
In CTF when a flag was released the player has to look on bottom right which flagkeeper died to see whether he should go defend his base or take the enemy's flag (or any other strategy). This disturbs the play. I think it would be nice to have a different sound when the team's flag vs. the enemy's was released.

Well it only takes a split second to look bottom right. But I like the idea;and I support it. Now we only need to ask teetow to make us some sounds tongue big_smile

2 Kintaro: When I think of teeworlds I always think of it as a online shooter like CS etc... That's why I don't approve all these fantasy and sci fi ideas. Let it remain a comic style "modern" shooter.

Suggestion:

Currently when you enter some commands such as "sv_map random1.5" it says: Cannot find map "random1.5" But when you enter it case sensitive like the name of the map is: "sv_map RaNdOm1.5" it will accept it.

This is very annoying. It's hard enough to remember if the name has space or dots or hyphens.

I don't get it. Spectators don't have a body so they can't receive any damage, so why do they need a health bar?

But... what if we tried more power?

Yes you are right. It wouldnt make any sense to give spectating tees a health bar.
So why dont show up health bars for playing tees, but just for spectators? ._.

Edit: Also informations about weapons would be nice
