Topic: Teeworlds-like game that costs?!

(Not sure if this is the right section)
This game seems very similar to Teeworlds, they sell it at 7.49$

Is there the possibility that they used parts of Tw code? If yes, shouldn't be making money out of it illegal?

Doesn't look similar to me.

And I think it's legal because teeworlds is licensed under zlib license (witch is a permissive license)

On the contrary, using code from a zlib-licensed project without mentioning violates the license. This game doesn't look at all like it's using Teeworlds as a foundation.
In general, the game looks quite messy (gameplay-wise), not as nice as (vanilla) Teeworlds tongue
