hi there, i was not playing about 30days and when i come on tee server about 3days before, my ping is bad, about.. 55,60,70. before, my ping was so good, abour.. 35, 37, 38, 40, 45.
i also call my internet provider. they show up and tell me that, my ping is ok, but the server where is your game is not ok.

so.. someone have this problem with ping but, before everythings was so good?
any help. any advice.
i have ubuntu linux 10.04
A ping of 50+ is quite ok and normal.
You could try to disable v-sync, it should "boost" (actually not, it's just faked) your ping a bit.
The real question is if you are encountering laggs, and if you did before?

yes, i have off v-sync.
now i have laggs and i really can not play with this ping, yes i can play but with a lot of laggs . i never-ever before have lags like an individua, only time when server is not working ok, but in this situation, all tee's have laggs.
i dont know what to do! like i said in my post before, i call internet provider, they show up in my house and tell me that my ping is ok-good, but.. problem is.. "from you to (where is this) server where is that game (sorry for bad english)
so.. what to do now?
edit: my default ping now is 59/60. and up to 70
There are many things that can impede your internet connection.
You should probably check your stream via an website with a "dsl check", like www.wieistmeineip.de"
But you should also check, if other programms are wasting your stream. Virus or other malware, or just programms you've installed.
If your upstream, the connection from your home to the world, is full because of uploads than your ping will increase significantly. It maybe used by someone on your network.

There's a lot of kids that play this game, I don't see why being an asshole to them is necessary when all they are doing is typical kid stuff, trying to be a part of conversations in an awkward way or just not always being clear and following rules.
Instead of threatening to ban him why not explain to him in a PM exactly what he should stop doing without sarcasm and such, I mean I once said this community was remarkably hostile for a cute little cartoon shooter game, like one slightly offtopic post and everyone has porcupines up their ass on a forum that gets like 3 posts a day on average, and I think this is a good example of it.
Is he being a little spammy/off topic, yes, does he mean harm, no, has anyone clearly explained to him what to change without sarcasm/insults, not in my opinion. Sorry, punish me for an "off topic" post as you may, I just had to get this off my chest.
