Topic: Problems starting a server.

Hello, today i was gonna create an instagib-server but it doesen't show up, only i can view it in LAN.

I've done the portforward-thing, i deactivated antivirus and removed firewall.

When i was gonna start a server at Minecraft i did all that, and it worked. people could connect.

Any tips? sad

It's quite normal that it doesn't show up in the Internet tab. What you need to worry about are the messages in the server console.

"no firewall/nat problem detected" => people can connect to your server
"[register]: ERROR: the master server reports that clients can not conn
ect to this server.
[register]: ERROR: configure your firewall/nat to let through udp on p
ort 8303." => people cannot connect to your server

Awkward face activated *beep*.

Appearently i didn't close down the firewall, i only changed it to open then closed down the tab, appearently you had to press a bit more buttons 'n' stuff.
