First, you're gonna register.

After that, check your mail for FTP Options!

- Find a FTP Client !

http://www.filezilla-project.org/

Install it and use the info from your mail to enter your FTP.

To get the file link, just use:
http://box.net/YOUR ACC NAME/filename.map

First you should register an Accoutn on this Box.net.
There you can find the FTP Informations (Password and ADress, i think)

Then you should download a FTP Programm like Filezilla or Smart FTP.
Open the FTP Programm and set in the Adress and the Password to connect to your Upload-Address.

Upload the Map.

German / Deutsch:
Du registrierst dich auf der Seite Box.net. Dann findest du dort die Daten für deinen Ordner (Passwort und Adresse)
Dann lädst du dir ein FTP Programm runter wie zb. Filezilla oder Smart FTP.
Dort musst du dann die Daten eingeben, also bei Sevrer deine Adresse vom Ordner und bei Passwort das Passwort des Ordners. Klick auf "Verbidnen" oder "Connect" und du bist in dem Ornder. Dann lädst du die Map auf den Ordner und lädst sie damit hoch.

Fertig ^^

Ive got a question for the programm to make a server:
Ive downloaded and registered but what for a adress i have to write in the box :
server adress and passwort
i havent got a passwort for the folder...
