Topic: 0xc000007b on Win 7x64

I had many problems with tw on my laptop which unables to open the game. After some time i wanted to solve this. The problems weren't described by system but he also send the problem to Microsoft's support (I haven't got till this day any help from them). I read some topics on tw forum and other sites but nothing helped. I can tell more. After "repairing" many times Microsoft's programs problems were the same. Then I downloaded the msvcr.dll and now i have the 0xc000007b error...  Of course i tried once more to repair programs (C++ too) but without any progress. I'll be very thankful if you help me.

I have:
Toshiba Satelite c660
Having Windows 7 x64

After restoring dll and re-installing TW I have bug from the beginning: game starts normally then screen's going black and show announcement that Win is going to send this bug... One more, i can't hear sound , this "procedure" is two seconds long.

Try installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Runtime instead of downloading random DLL files (that is never good).

1st I didn't find any file as you said (i checked EVEN by "search" program)
2nd i tried both ways, finding driver by Microsoft (Computer>properties> device manager>graphic card>find update) told that I have updated my card and by downloading driver by myself (i could repair it and i did it), and nothing happened

Your first solution:
All what I have are only folders (i haven't played tw there). Even showing hided files and folders didn't solve it, but i think it's nvm.
Your second solution:
I have Intel HD graphics as shows Device Manager, and now I am confused, beacuse i noticed that c660s haven't intel graphic cards, then i noticed that the second part aren't fit, so i wanted to "fix" that, then i noticed that my computer doesn't fit in C660 series as Toshiba presents (I have C660-1cn) BUT the notebook exists in internet markets, and shows that has Intel Graphics Media Accelerator too!!

Maybe it solved some but i found that is "failed to open" autorun.cfg and something.cfg but i don't know what

i can't see what detailed is failed to open because it goes black screen and if computer's laggy between showing cmdlist and going black is more time and more possibility to notice that. I don't rule out that it isn't setting.cfg, but i don't bet that it is

Just as a question: Do you run any other games on your Computer?
Because if the problem occurs even there, we get closer to an solution.

Any game what i have there is  HoMaM III, it's running normally, but , for example, Chibi Knights, an other MMO (dedicated for 32x Win computers btw) is unreachable to run for laptop.
Any flash game is running normally too.
