You configured forwarding to the wrong IP address or you router is crap.

My router is..

D-Link - DIR-615 (D-Link v3 Firmware)

And I use :

Simple Port Forwaring - By PcWinTech.com

and..

Simple Port Tester - By PcWinTech.com

Before it used to work correctly.. I just don't know if my router has turned homosexual or I don't know what.

I have fixed the problem, topic can be closed, thanks to those who tried to help.

So you use "Simple Port Forwaring" for open / forward your ports?
I usually go to my router (speedport.ip for me, or 192.168.2.1) and there i can
configure the ports.

<correct me, when im wrong>
A program can't open / forward ports.
All you can do is "opening" a random port (UDP, usually used for p2p).
