This server should be hosted along with a mod that makes weapons dont hurt so ppl can learn the game.

Jeppo doesnt play teeworlds ;D
But yes you can, i sent him an e-mail and asked him if i can use his tilesets! He sent me all of his tilesets he ever made, so i think there wont be a problem if you use them!

Please take a look at the map editor tutorial. This can teach you the basics of map design.

You would need to run a server for that, please take a look at one of these server hosting guides.

You can find the map editor by pressing the hotkey CTRL + SHIFT + E in the game.

You can find more information on the Teeworlds map editor in a good tutorial on the Teewiki.

go here and download it:
http://teeworlds.com/files/teeworlds-0.5.2-win32.zip
then use a program like Winrar to extract all the files.
Double click the Teeworlds.exe and try to find a server that you would like to play on.
If you need more details on finding a special server just let me know
