Hey there, I would like to make myself invincible on my server when playing MOD dm mode.

possibly you can send other players your position was 0,0. its really difficult to make youself invisible: /

No seriously, I was on a game of teeworlds once and there was this one guy who couldn't be killed no matter how many times you shot him.

Then it was not on the base MOD gametype (which can be tuned), probably a server modification. Unless you've got the right binaries, you can't do it.
