Topic: Rcon commands

Hey guys, I am trying to use rcon commands in my server, and I am typing them correctly, but the console doesn't seem to recognise my commands. The console is rigged with a password too, so it is enabled. for instance i type this:

gun_lifetime 5.0

And then rcon says:

"No such command: gun_lifetime."

It is a bit frustrating.

I will be grateful if anyone can help in someway with this.

Use

tune gun_lifetime 5.0

Thank you so much now it works! I put in "tune gravity 0" and then it set the gravity to 0, but for some reason I'm not floating, do I have to restart the server or something?

Actually I just noticed that when I type in my commands it says "resetting tuning due to pure server" how do I stop that from happening?
