There will be no port of the Zomb2.0 on 0.6, but the 3.0 will be based on the last version available.

There's no real link between the release of 0.7.0 and Zomb3.0, but few have been done yet, so I advise you not to check the forum every day for that.
What Sasha probably meant is that we cannot predict the release date of that mod - if an update ever comes out - more than the release of the 0.7.0.
