Topic: How do I make a race map

Hello  I'm new here, can someone pleace tell me how to make a race map.

Like how to make the finish, so the time starts.

Is it possible to make with the standard editor?

You need a mod supporting these race features.

Edit: yep, it's quite complicated. Probably the best way would be to read some good tutorials for mapping and learning it, before bothering with mods.

A "mod" is a modification of teeworlds. It can also be called a "gametype".

I wrote this run tutorial for 0.5, but there are not much changes since then, so this will give you a good introduction.

And it does work with the standart client, you only need some special entities for mapping. You can find them here.

I believe you should update your tutorial! (It's still based on 0.5.x) ^^

Yes, I know Zatline. But the tutorial still teaches him the basics of run creating.
