I saw posterous with tw graphics and some teaching.
But i don't understand what is problem? I see images...
"fixed the embedded image for ya -m!nus" it's i don't understand too, may be someone answer me, what i need wrote in bbcodes?

No, 56k warning means that there are so many images that slow connections e.g. a 56k modem or slow mobile connections will have problems loading this page.

Posterous uses "time-limited" URLs, the constant image URL redirects to a temporary one and if you link that one it will disappear after some time. Rightclicking on the image in the site and copy image location or copy link should do the job.
