Hello everyone! Half an hour ago, went to my server infection and saw a new hack in the game. The player with the nickname "never kick me!!" rejoining the server is very fast, thus burdening the server and creating spam in chat. its port is constantly changing. how to deal with it? flag of the country was a German

He maybi use some software like UltraSurf or other that fakes the IP...

Or just ban the IP range then. Sasha said he was only changing port.
creating a tw based ID, for example ingame account would solve such jerks

How do you ban an IP range, I've been wanting to know this.
I have seen him!!! yes in an infection match someone called a kick vote to (realy I dont remember 
) with the reason stop spam and it stoped when he was kicked!

Raw udp packets with the connect and disconnect packet. Very easy to send but also illegal. Or he is just reconnecting where changing the connection port is normal.

It's not 'illegal', but it's strongly discouraged and goes without saying that one shouldn't examine such activities.

There are plans on making account systems, but accounts will never ever be required to play, meaning that won't solve anything.

UltraSurf and similar software do not work with Teeworlds. I also highly doubt the IP changed at all.

Why not? In some countries it is usual that you (as a normal person) get a new ip from your provider if you reconnect to the internet => just restart your router for this. It is called dynamic ip. For example in Germany this is done for every normal user! Only servers get an static ip.
UltraSurf is a VPN service. It has nothing to do with dynamic address mapping.

Although there are other ways of getting new/additional/other IP addresses, restarting your modem usually takes up to a minute, which I do not believe sasha8213 considers 'very fast'.
Even a rangeban will not necessarily help, as many providers give theirs users an IP address from any range they have. I sometimes get connected to a server in Edinburgh, even though I live in London.
Faking IP-Addresses is illegal in my Country. I'm also not talking about banning him. I just say that the port is changing at every new connection. The thread starter says that and it's a normal behavior.
Again!! but this time they send me to spectators and it stoped but I was doing anything!
