Erst mal schreib das nächste mal auf Englisch. Am Besten editierst du eine englische Version von dem was du gesagt hast nachträglich rein, da anderssprachige Threads hier recht gerne geschloßen werden, weil viele damit eben nichts anfangen können.

So what? Illegal is even illegal if you say you have stolen it from somebody else. A judge would laugh about you if you talk that to him: "but the copyright info wasnt deleted." Copyright means that the creator have to deccide about it not that everyone can copy it if he doesnt remove the info...

Complete bullshit! Yes it is copied but in a way the creator wants that it is done and the creator is the only one that can decide how his work is copied not somebody else (this is called Copyright...). Hosting this copy isnt allowed. For example: if you watch a movie at a legal streaming server, you arent allowed to give the copies that were created while watching, to other people...

They better should, that means they should ban the server in the master server. If they dont do that, they could made liable by disturbance for violating the copyright of the creator, because they got the knowledge about it.

Good luck. The only way to enforce your right is to take an advocate, but this could be expensive and a little bit difficult if the person that did it lives in another country.
