Topic: Missing Maps, Probably?

Hi, I installed Teeworlds 2 days ago. It's a great game, I have lots of fun playing it. When I wanted to put a new map in "maps" folder, I noticed that some DM maps are probably mission. It goes like this: dm1, dm2, dm6, dm7, dm8, dm9.
They're missing? Or some DM maps were removed and they haven't been renamed?

The Hell is a nice place, mate.

No map is actually missing, be sure of that. I believe this weird numeration is due to the ctf1 to 5 maps, but I'm not sure of the mappers' logic.
Does anyone have an explanation for this btw?

Re: Missing Maps, Probably?

I think that some DM maps were probably removed and they forgot to rename them so they will be correctly numerated again.
(Also Off-Topic Question: In what programming language is Teeworlds made?)

Mostly C++, few Python and using LUA for compiling.

I guess those missing maps are the ones, which have never been released. He probably just did not rename them. Maybe they still exist somewhere in his db. If you ask kindly he may give them to you. big_smile

The "missing maps" are not missing. Every now and then official maps have been reworked, released and dereleased. That's why some numbers are missing.
