Topic: [Question] about rights (maps)

Hello Teeworlds Community,

I got some questions about map rights.
1 If i creat a map, is everybody allowed to host it on his/her server? Is it allowed to edit the map?
1.1 If not who is/ who isn't?
1.2 If yes, is it still allowed if i write "Pls don't copy, edit or host this map" for example clearly visible into the map?

2 Is it allowed to extract the tilesets in a map and use em even if they are not relesed (in this forum)?
2.1 If yes, is it still if i wrote "Pls don't extract and use embedded tilesets"?
2.2 If no, is it if the tilesets are released

1. Feel free to put your maps under a license, but noone will take care about it anyway. Also I doubt you could sue anybody for this, if anyone would still host or edit the map.

2. It is allowed, but you have to follow the license. If it isn't allowed to edit them, you may not.
As it is obvious literary property, it could be sued easier.

In any case it does only matter if it is under a license.
