afaik its not possible, as the client with the rcon password would have to send the own map to the server (system), that it can run it. And as it isn't possible to send datas (files) to the server (system) (security...).

Map Editor suggestion:

When a mapper adds tiles to the map he has to make it walkable so the tees don't fall (obviously). So that's 2 operations: add desired tiles and then apply the "white" tile on them.
My suggestion is to make tiles already walkable (by default). And for those we wish not to be walkable we just do some reverse process.
Simply because there are more walkable than unwalkable tiles in maps.

And this applies only to *_main mapres because we don't want doodads,mountains,stars.. to be walkable (obviously,duh!)

And 1 more thing: Make unhookable tiles unhookable by default. So *_unhookable(s) automatically are unhookable.

Right click the tile layer, choose Game Tiles and then clear, collision, death or unhookable.
This way you need just 1 more click to adjust all tiles of this layer, but you have still perfect control about it.

It's a bit more. Using this feature you need about 12 clicks (clear, collision, death, unhookable [+mod-tiles]) each time you want to test your map. Even for small dm-maps you need to test at least 10 times, for a well-balanced ctf-map you need to test hundreds of times, so this becomes kind of annoying.

actual method like Slayer said isn't very well, because it need to have one layer for each tile type.... this can make heavy the map (in one word: inefficient),,,, instead, EliteTee's suggestion is better....... i think that just need only a button to associate at the current "brush" which gametile also draw.....
example a dropbox which contain this list (none, hookable, nohook, death, & other future tiles)

Whats about a "Screenshot of the week"?
It could be used as the 2nd screenshot or a new third one, showing not only vanilla, but all parts of teeworlds?

I think that is a brilliant idea. C'on! Teeworlds have about 700 players in Some hours...
Whit some advertising we can go to 2000 in 5 days!

I just know about Teeworlds because a saw it in a Video Game TV Show...

And Facebook adv. is not very expensive...

Incorpurate Nodes (Official or Unnoficial version, by Mo2) in Teewords. Probably Nodes will recived lots of users, since that Nodes is not used by manny People...

Just an idea, how about death tiles which kill the player after x seconds aka timed death tiles (e.g. certain hazards don't kill instantly; anti-camping measure)?

For example, in an 1on1 map you have 4 of those death tiles stacked up in a niche, a player enters that area and thinks he's safe there while shooting his enemy off. He gets killed after 10 seconds (or lesser for fast paced matches) because he stood there for too long, even when he was jumping because the tiles were stacked.

I dunno if you guys would support this idea, I don't care much if this idea gets rejected.

Refresh server browser only when the button "Refresh" is clicked. I don't like it how when you switch to "Lan" and then back to "Internet" the browser is automatically refreshed.

Hmmm...Perhaps. But then you would have to wait for the server to pop up again and then wait some more for the refreshing to stop so you can click on it.

As always: there can be an option to turn this on/off
