Topic: How to make teeworlds doodads

Hey guys I wanted to clear this, looked on the internet could not find something so I tried to use paint but then the background went white, Mine doodads (http://www.teeworlds.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=4816)
So my quastion now is how to make or change your own doodads for Teeworld?
If you have a good tutorial or a good program please tell me.

Most(all) of the official Teeworlds doodads are made with a vector program.
There are several free and commercial products like Inkscape (free), Adobe Freehand or Adobe Illustrator.

U'll find several tutorials for basic vector art all over the internet. As u see the tw-graphics are quite clean and 'simple'. The importance lies on clean work (not much details).

If u just wanna recolor the official tilesets try using Photoshop or Gimp which are raster based graphic programs (but also own vector tools but not as powerfull as the ones mentioned above).
