Topic: [MUSIC] Alternative main-menu song.

Hi all,

I was playing a bit around with a song maker and after a few hours i thought: "Hey this sounds pretty good".
My friends agreed, so i decided to port it to teeworlds and share it now with you guys.

Please leave responses and I hope you like it wink.

HOW TO INSTALL
1. Open your teeworlds folder.
2. Open the folder "Data".
3. Open the folder "audio".
4. Place the file you can download above in the folder and overwrite the existing file.
5. Run teeworlds!

If you dont hear the song, open teeworlds click on Options. Then click Sound. Then make sure that Use sounds is checked, that Play background music is checked and that sound volume is full (and sound rate on 48000).

Modified version of the menu music already exists, I already love the Landil's one: http://posterous.com/getfile/files.post … c_menu.mp3.
Also, I like your music more than the official one which is too speedy in my opinion.

Nope its made with a commercial program without need of any credit or linkbacks.

You can convert mp3 to .wv and .wv to wav, in like 20s, so it's kind of the same.

this main menu song is cool. Kinda slow tho and doesn't fit with the main menu and the game. Maybe if the background had a slow motion demo running in the background?

It seems kinda nice, but it does in no way fit to teeworlds, more to an epic fantasy rpg or something like that. I could imagine it running in the title screen of any zelda game, but not in the teeworlds menu.

Well i find them quite fast too... (same as the default one)
