DDwar use Score + Account System...

You can implement saved scores for each gametype/mod. Just create a pseudo-account-system (login), save the accounts in a file with the score.
Well, I only know a modificated instagib version doing so.

But you might specify what you are looking for, so others might be able to help you.

For 0.5 there is the saved score mod by clarus, for 0.6 i've made tee-lvl. A very well played modification which is running on 3 servers. Try it out, just search for tee-lvl. Atm there are 21,064 saved users
I don't know why we need more servers, with different scores? If you want your own you have to make it yourself

Telling you how to make the mod was already done by Slayer, the only thing you must do to finsih it is to learn coding. But it seems to me u wan't others to do the work for you , but i think noone would do this .

Your possibility is to learn coding and program it yourself or to wait until someone will release such a modification for 0.6
