Hi, I just wanted to know if I could be able to use python bindings for teeworlds? I am not really familiar with C++.

Teeworlds does use python to some extent. some source files, like the protocol are created with python. However, in the end, the sourcecode is written completely in c/c++ which means you should also code in c/c++.
