Topic: Install a game skin? help?
Okay, so I got some game skins I would like to use but I dont know how, it's skins of only the weapons, not the flags, health etc. How do I do this? Any help would be very appreciated.

Normally you replace them with game.png in your data folder. But why don't you have flags on them? Oo

You replace the game.png in your teeworlds data folder with the one you have, but it needs to have everything on it for things to work properly. All the flags, projectiles, etc.

You could open it with a graphics editor (like paint.net 
)
Then just copy from your new file (the things you want to change out) and paste them to the game.png of your teeworlds folder.
But keep the pattern in mind, otherwise it might look ingame....bit strange.

No, paint does not support transparency 
You will have white blocks around the weapons! But there are loads of small tools from the interweb that you can use
