The compiler misses a lot of default header files (like stdio.h). Are you sure you have all the necessary path variables?

A possible but ugly solution could be to install it on C:\

No I didn't try it.
I can't use VC because I have to register.
To program my things I use Dev-Cpp

I diddn't know what the problem was, but after i formated my pc it worked, I the folder of the bins is in my path var.
You can close, thanks to all.
