Hello, i have one question:
Can i start my own masterserver and have a client that will connect only to it?

If you compile Teeworlds on your own, you will get a mastersrv(.exe) binaries, which you can use for setting up your own masterserver.
You don't need a client to connect to it, you can check masters.cfg, in your Teeworlds application data folder.
