I guess you could consider this topic "dead" but as a general rule, if it's a sticky topic then that doesn't mean you shouldn't comment on it. If it's an important topic then it doesn't make since to have no one comment on it once it's declared "old". 
And yes, Kottizen is Support Staff worthy! Where's Azon when you need him?
I'm currently observing the incoming reports for a next round of "support staff" titles. There are several who regularily report spam posts.
I reread this thread and gave Kott the support staff title, as he deserves it for sure.
Other users which could deserve it: Tee Killa, Spl0k, heinrich5991
Wasn't Tee Killa already a support? Or was he going to be but Azon went afk? Or was he never going to be a support staff anyway? I'm not really sure, it's all been so old.
It would be nice if Kottizen could show his face around a bit, just to assure that he's not afk.
EDIT: Originally Tee Killa WAS a support staff but he went afk.
Yes, I have been Support Staff for a while, but I refuesed the title after some months because inactivity got me and to that time I didn't deserve it anymore.
Anyway, I'd have for sure no problem with getting it back (:

I'm maybe misunderstanding what kind of people this title is supposed to reward. Isn't it about people who help members to find out issues in the 'Support' section?
Reporting Spam etc. is, aswell as helping people in the Support area, included in the title "Support Staff".
Supporting means helping others, in this case the moderators. And the Support Staffs also help them by reporting spam posts.

So it's just about supporting the moderators/admins, and not about supporting the other members when they report issues on the forum or is it just both?
I'd say both.
Also being an all around good member and giving helpful criticism in Community Creations. However those good deeds are harder to track aside from good ol' memory. I think Landil was giving just one important qualification example since spamming is on the rise, it has been a major problem recently. Being a Support Staff wouldn't disclude supporting people or being a good member but there's emphasis on spam-reporting because currently it has become one of the major issues and as such people who are qualified at "combating" spam have a higher chance, although I could be wrong...
i'v been verry active on this forum and i keep trying to help people with there problems that i can fix atleast i would like to have this tittle but i think i don't really deserve it because i can't help people with codes and sources and C++ stuff i only can help people with problems i can fix! but yea goodluck to the next persons who will get this title 
You could be chosen by the other moderators. But I doubt you will get a moderator, because at the moment you are definitely spaming to much. You should have a proper style of english use and have at least "some" knowledge of teeworlds. But, sorry, you don't fulfill any of this points.

Filling the conditions KillaBilla quoted is just a base. As a third condition I would say you shouldn't be broadcast as being a "New member".
