Topic: Emoticon help

Hi everybody! I've seen many players with permanent emoticons. I asked them how the do it and they told me to download "NAME REMOVED // heinrich5991". I donwloaded it, ran it and then i dont know how to put the emoticons forever. Please help.
NOTE:I DON'T WANT BINDS!

AFAIK the "NAME REMOVED // heinrich5991" is a cheat client and should be banned, I highly doubt you'll get any help on this.
