Topic: Still no real rcon?

Hi,

I checked out the new Teeworlds 0.6.0 version and it seems that there's still no real rcon support.
There is no way to make input to the server console window or to access the rcon otherwise outside of the game.

Are the devs going to finally add such a feature?

Managing TeeWorlds servers the old way is a pain in the ass.

So, are there any plans?

There has been a try to implement this on github (I believe it was done by fisted) but it did not get included.

It will be done (I'm sure that it is) when it is done! Quite a lot of people have been/are working on it even though they aren't the "official" developers! wink and to be honest it isn't really that much of a "pain in the ass" to manage the servers from the game itself!

Ever tried to access the rcon of a full server?
