My Servers can not be foudn by some players. When they connect to the Server IP nothing happens.
But hundreds of other players a day can find them.
My Servers running on a Linux VServer.
Can someone help me??
this some players should remove the filter or delete the teeworlds config folder.
These players should remove the filters before searching!

Removing of Settings folder didn't helped. Any other idea?

Well a bug that sometimes the server browser doesn't show all servers used to exist, but it's told it's repaired in the new version, mb your friends just need to download the latest version of the client.
EDIT: You could also try to tell them your nick so they can add you to friends and try searching for friends by marking the "show only friends" filter.
Try both.
EDIT2: /after you said nothing happens when they try to connect via ip
Make sure they type :"your port number" after the IP
Servers running on 0.5.2 - So they can connect and have latest Version.
And yes, they entered the IP with port.
And they don't find me if I am on the Server.
They can NOT see your servers if they are hosted on 0.5.2 trunk and they use the latest client, first make sure you are all using the same version of Client & Server, I would suggest 0.6.0! For 0.6.0 downloads support and more look here.

You should add on the last line of your server cfg:
logfile "a name for the log file"without quotes to see what can the server tell you about the problem, post it here after (use notepad to view it)

Make sure, if you host a 0.5.x server, that they are trying to join using a 0.5.x client. Same for 0.6.x.

Also, we don't support mods.

I know, that we don't do, but i have want to fix the problem.
And yes, they use 0.5.0 and me, too. When they wouldn't they would get a message: "wrong version"

Did u try to host a vanilla server? Can they connect? Otherwise its not mod related.

1. & 2. Sorry! Even if it's been almost a decade! Thank you for your help, I guess 
3. I actually contacted the hosting provider months later through their forums without avail until someone pointed out to me that the IP address of the server ended in .255 . Some routers or even entire ISPs seemed to block IPs ending that way. Problems vanished when it got assigned an alternative IP by the hosting provider for free.
