i was making a ctf map how do i make quads move like the clouds or sun rays if u could give me a link to a video it would be very helpful

You can gain from this 0.6.0 map editor guide, for now: Teeworlds Map Editor Tutorial - 0.6.0
However, a second map editor tutorial is in the making with hopefully some nice videos to go with it, since kids are visual creatures. 
Hopefully, you'll have all your questions answered by the first topic.
But yes... next time, try searching what you seek via the Search Function. By using that before hand, you help with keeping forum comment-clutter down.

That first link you posted has nothing to do with what he wanted ^^
The thing you want is called envelopes. It will be explained soon, be patient

It will be explained soon in that same link I presume. So, it is... erm, I mean, will be relevant. Besides, he'll gain all around basic knowledge of the map editor, which is always a plus.
