Topic: [MOD] Vanilla+ (ver. 2) and Instagib with crashprotection

I've modified Teeworlds even more, hopefully to the better. Now, version two of Vanilla+ is here. I've also added an Instagib binary, by request from a hoster who was tired on the kiddies that goofed around and crashed servers.

No official Windows support
The Instagib and the vanilla are two different binaries, to avoid problems. I did not compile it for Windows, because of two reasons:
1. You shouldn't run a server on Windows.
2. My Windows has expired, and I'm too lazy to get a valid key.

However, I decided to release the source now, so you can compile it yourself or modify it even more.

What's new?
In this version I didn't add so much new features, because I don't want the modification to be bloated. It should just have the features Teeworlds needs but doesn't have, nothing more.

Fixes
The rcon-protection is off by default. You can turn it on by setting "sv_rcon_limit" to anything higher than 0. If it is 0, the protection will be disabled. The telnet-feature will listen on "sv_port" now, if "rrcon_port" isn't set.

Great work man, I'm impressed!!!  Just the thing i need to stop that lunatic from crashing my servers every 5 minutes!!!

It's just that my servers are types instagib and BOT (and i have windows big_smile) can someone insert this fix in those modds and compile it for windows please ^^ [sorry for being greedy i can't compile & stuff like that, (if i could, i wouldn't asked you to do it) i tried once and it ended with a reinstall of the OS big_smile, so pretty please will someone do it for me (mb us)]

Did someone compile it to windows?
I tried here, but got an error (which I don't have with official sources).

Two bugs in pausing

1. If the flag is off the stand and the game's paused, it still returns to the stand automatically after a while.

2. If the restart x command is used, the pause goes off

2. When paused, after a while, when you unpause, the weapons appear as if they have not been affected by the pause.

I can understand you. If your key expired you should be out of support anyway. Otherwise it's possible you can hear the support-girl drop down from her chair on the phone if you tell here you are using Linux and maybe get jailed cause of criminal mayhem on her afterwards. Be carefull wink

In 0.6 you already have protection against known crash bugs, as well as protection against rcon brute forcing, so I don't think I'll update it.

Oh, I meant the pause/start function. It's pretty useful.
