It seems you used a really poor translator, because what you wrote is not understandable at all.
I think you want a developer to implement a certain feature for the dynamic camera but I can't get what you want exactly. Please try to explain it again.
I think he's asking use to make the dynamic camera moving for a while where you are looking to, then come back to static after some seconds.
But I'm not sure at all of it.
I would like :
When I do not move the cursor for "half second" (time): The dynamic camera is activated
When I move the cursor: it is desactivated
Is to disable the dynamic camera when I turn.
Hum... Do you realize how contradictory what you're suggesting is? Enabling the dynamic camera without using the cursor is like playing in static camera.

I'm still not sure if he already wrote what he means. When you don't move the cursor it's most time somewhere random (for example at the pos where the last bad dude died)... and after an half-second the cam should move to there? Why? Or maybe asked different: Why not just enable dynamic camera and use it like it is?

i guess, he usually plays with the static cam. but if he wants to look with the dyna cam in one direction, he just has to hold the mouse in this direction for a few seconds.
But why not just change to dynamic cam? Is there some advantage of the static cam I miss?
