Topic: Humilation Of Clan

My Clan has a  Problem
I'm an Admin from [Destroyer] Clan (Mostly Germans) and a player whos name is Kenil keeps on harassing me and my clan
can the account be locked somehow?

You can't ban people from teeworlds.
We can only ban IPs from the masterserver, means that he/she who is banned can't host a server anymore.
However, he can still play the game.
I'd suggest kickvote him or get a modified client e.g. Gamer client with mute function, so you can't see messages written by the guy who is annoying you.

but what if the server doesn't belong to me?
can i still create a gamer client with mute function?
If yes, how?

0.6 will have a mute function.

Yes, you can still mute him on 0.5.x with the client.
For help with the client ask in the topic but remember, first read before asking.
