Topic: [REQUEST] edit the game

I want to edit the game with inkscape but when i open game.png with inkscape everything is in one. I just can move every things in the game together and when i wanst to copy a weapon i just can copy the complete game.
How can i make my own paths which would make that i can copy onla the laser. Or must i use another programm??

A png is a raster graphics, which means that it saves the image data pixel by pixel. Thus you cannot edit it with inkscape.

If you wanna use inkscape you need a vector file e.g. svg. As the harddisk of teetow crashed several years ago there are no official vector graphics. You need to redraw them manually or ask another so called graphic artist to do it for you.

In the past I have drawn a laser, so I uplouded it. Maybe you need it.

I've drawn all of the weapons (except the hammer), some hearts, some crosshairs, etc. It's not finished, but it's the important parts of the game.png.

Hmm do you just draw the weapons or do you copy them from somewhere? Icant draw godd in inkscape. You said im reallz good, have you looked at my pictures in the twc???

As alias said, he redrew almost all weapons himself, so he didn't copy them from someone else.

I have my own game.png for gamer client and it's made from many works. So maybe I drew effects from his work.

Click on the weapon you want and then go to "Objekt" and hit "Gruppierung aufheben" then you'll see every single part of the weapon. It was just combined to prevent, that you accidently destroy it by moving it from its original place.
