Topic: [HELP]Animated Quads

Can someone give me a link to a video tutorial that shows u how to make animated quads like moving sun rays please?
I asked this becouse most of the links are dead and i cant undarstand it very good from the image tutorials so please give me a link to a video tutorial.

you must create an envelope pos+, and adjust the Rotation value (on axis Y, and on axis X for the Time value),
and after apply the envelope (identificate by number) in the quads

red is left-right

green is up-down

blue is rotation
