Hey,
First: for teeworlds you only need to open UDP.
And then, did you open the port in your firewall?
Also please say, if you are using the Router software, or if you use an external program like Simple Port Forwarding
With this software it's much easier to open Ports, I had an Dlink Router aswell, the router software is not really structured (don't know if this is the right word).
wapps.
Thanks for the answer!
1. Only UDP... Ok!
2. I have McAfee and it's deactivated (cause it sucks)
3. I use http://192.168.0.1/ to change them. I'll try it with Simple Port Forwarding!
EDIT: Tried it with Simple Port Forwarding. I tested it but it doesn't work!
Wait wait...
you wrote as IP address 192.168.0.1, which is the router IP. It's wrong!
In the port forwarding page you must write the internal IP of the computer that is hosting the teeworlds server. Go on your PC, open a CMD and type "ipconfig" to see your IP. If you are under Linux, "ifconfig" in terminal.
Remember, you must have a static IP or this system will only work the first time.
Weird... if I type ipconfig then something appears and disappear instantly.
But I think that you mean 192.168.0.100
EDIT: Ok... ipconfig works!
It's 192.168.0.100!
EDIT 2: I changed it. Doesn't work!
"ERROR: configure your firewall/nat to let through udp on port 8303.
I need help...
didnt you forget to set the checkboxes?
Oh... thanks!
I tried it with my second and slow router (telekom) and it worked...
