Topic: BigBrotherBot

I think some of you know the BigBrotherBot from other games (like UrbanTerror, EnemyTerritory and else).

This program is an admin!
And he is online all the time!

I ask them to create a Teeworlds-Parser.

So that you can use BigBrotherBot in Teeworlds, too!

This is a really great bot with really much plugins like a hackdetector and XLRstats (with webfront!).

I'm not sure. if this is spam.

BBB is an open source project, but what it is about ...; maybe Haris2201 can add some more information why it could be important for teeworlds development. Until then I would advise a mod to remove the link.

It would be usual to implent something like that because alot of admins cant be online 24/7 and people go off their servers because they cant ban anyone and he's using a bot, now is that useful?

@Hellsing: It would not be able to do anything against bots, because for that a bot detection system would be neccessary and such a thing is (in my opinion) not possible to be done well. (There are several discussions about anti bot features on this forum). Also teeworlds has a voting system so people can just kick bot users / spammers / whatever.

In general, I believe this thing is not really needed for tw right now, because tw has the capabilities to take care of the named problems itself. Also, if I get it right, this thing would need a spec slot, as telnet support (or anything similar) is not available in the current release, there is only an (old) mod for that.
