Topic: [Help] Can not find all Servers

My friend has got a new DSL Internet connection. He is connected to the router with w-lan and now he can't findd all servers. But aktualy he can find as many servers as I can but most servers just show up as ip address. It takes him very long to connect to servers when i give him the ip. I hope we can find out what the problem is kind regards pro ^^

Maybe don't use wlan.

Maybe try setting a DNS server manually instead of using the router for one. Also, if I remember right, adding your own name / localhost to the hosts file instead of just the IPs used to solve some problems that yours reminds me of... not sure though, if that's still an issue - has been a while.
