You can't host a Teeworlds server using this connectrion because UMTS and all derivative networks are "NATted". That means all TCP and UDP ports except 80 are closed.

If I understand Lanta correctly, you can write sv_port 80 in the cfg and host the server in public. But Ive got no plan of networks. Try wether other players can join if you do this, if it works try wether you still can use other internet services.
I've tried it with sv_port 80, but it did not work. And I would really like a private server. 
You can't use port 80... and since aall other ports are closed you can't have a server. Oh well, if you want a server to play with some friends you can build a Virtual private Network using a software called Hamachi and then create a LAN server... they will find it
