Congratulations on your first movie. 
It's okay, but the fact that it looks like you blackout about 50 times during the clip shows that you guys usually don't do all that good. Hopefully you'll someday have a 10 or less blackout parts video. ^^
i can say that i rly play good but the [Fade] make the movie exciting

The green box at the bottom is the demo player.
To record a demo you must open, when you're playing tw, the F1 console and write:
record lurchydemoYou can rename lurchydemo to any other you want...
(To stop the recording write "stoprecord")
After you've registered this demo you have to exit the game. In the tab "Demo" you'll see a list with all your registrations. Press on one an click play.
So you get the demo and you can watch it

For the film question.. You can use screencast softwares like Fraps after you opened the demo. (It's a suggestion because if you use it ingame it seems to lag a few).

I'm sorry, but when you remove the music, the video itself - the moves and so on - sucks a bit. The editing isn't bad at all for a first vid, but the gameplay you're showing isn't that nice.
Well, maybe I just have a subjective point of view as I know you're massively votebotting people.
Ehmmm It's hard to understand when you switch to something else every 5 seconds. Finish the clip.
