Even though you're right, help is still needed and you could help a bit.

However, the problem is pretty easy to solve:

Rightclick on http://www.filefront.com/images/buttons/download/download_now.gif and select "Save link as" if you are using Firefox.
The text may differ on other browsers, but it has the same effect.

If you use that option a window should open to ask you where to save the file. If you have done it right, the file type should be "Scalabe Vector Graphics", wich is the long version of SVG.
Just save the .svg file where you want to and you're done wink

Dunno what happened, could you explain the problem a bit more detailed?

The dumber people think you are, the more surprised they're going to be when you kill them.

Re: [QUESTION] How to download the default.svg?

I don't have that much time right now as I'm preparing for a trip to England for a week, but I can give others and you some ideads that might help:

• Check if there is a background-color setting and set it to transparent (Document properties)
• Check if there is a colored (white?) rectangular block behind the skin

• Upload the new .svg? wink

if it is transparent in inkscape -> and you are going to export it as a .png (and thats the only possibillity) -> it is impossible that it has a background -> Png is a rendered picture and is nearly always transparent

ctrl+shift+d / background color /

then you can change the background opacity as you like.
