but when u open srv_ it say faild open file why???

Is your file named 'autoexec.cfg'? If not do so and try it again.

Another thing: leave the '.map' ending away, simply "sv_map exp_the_desert.

And does 'sv_external port teeworlds1' excist? I think it's just: sv_external_port 0 (But I'm not sure about it)
