well tehre is a race client but not for ddrace wink

uptee - a simple web interface for hosting and maintaining teeworlds servers
teerace - a website gathering results of trusted Race-mod servers providing global ranking and statistics

From what I know, there is no special DDRace-client, but there is a race client. Almost everything you want to know about DDRace is available at the official homepage, http://ddrace.info.
