On youtube and other site there are videos about player performances. I tried using some softwares to record me while I'm playing but the results are not so good 
Do someone know any good software to record game?
Please a software you've tried personally.
1) record a demo
2) use the HUD client and record the demo with FRAPS (possibly the full version @ 60 fps)
3) compress it with a video editor software like Windows Movie Maker
4) upload it to youtube

Not exactly. You can record directly with Fraps but if your PC is not so new it may lag or freeze during the game...
I can't download full version. Fraps arrives just to 30 fps. It's enough?

Television quality is 25/30 fps. It's good but not for really fast movements... btw yes, it could be enough for a first video 
PS: Youtube reduce quality to 30 fps so it's a yes
