Hey Everyone I Want To Make A DDRace Server But I Cant Get The Freeze Zone Bits To Work And I Cant Get Cheats To Work For  Admin , Mod , Helper So Could Some1 Please Give Me A Link To Get The Mod I Need. And Could You Also Please Give Me The Autoexec.cfg I Need. Thanks

I see you're posting another topic related to a mod. It has been said before (in a barbed way by Zeratul) and I'll repeat it: We don't support give supports for mods here.

Instead, I suggest you to contact the author of the mod you're interested in. In this case, I'd recommend you to visit www.ddrace.ru for getting information and contact options about this mod.
