You can find tileset with tiles that are used in mo_xenon_1 and mo_factory_1 here: http://188.40.154.46/teeworlds/tilesets/
Even a (newer) .xcf file to modify with the Gimp - but don't forget to use "tileset_borderfix" and "dilate" if you use that one. Anyway if you don't need all the tilesgraphics I would recommend to delete some unneeded stuff to reduce filesize of the final map.

Can't you just post the tileset directly on the forum as an image?
I've never been on that website and I rather not go though all that trouble just to see it.
